A big thanks to everyone who has signed up for the tournament so far! Although our 16 competitors have now been chosen, we are still accepting signups for participants. Here are some of the final preparations that need to be accomplished before June 1st. If you would still like to be a part of the action, feel free to fill out the application above or contact me! Those DayKnights who have already filled out the application have also received this information via e-mail.
- Competitors: If you are competing in the tournament, we need to make sure you're all set to screen share your Hearthstone window on the day of the tournament. This can be accomplished either through Skype or Google+. Before the big day, we need to know which method you intend on using and would like to perform a quick practice run. This should not take more than 10 minutes.
- ShoutCasters: If you are planning on shoutcasting the tournament, we need to make sure you're ready to go on tournament day. This will require you to have a functioning microphone and ability to view the tournament window(s). Before the big day, we'd like to perform a quick rehearsal which should not take more than 30 minutes.
- Volunteers: If you have signed up to volunteer your services to the tournament, we are going to need to designate a couple DayKnights to act as moderators for the tournament as well as have folks available to provide technical assistance to participants in case something goes wrong while streaming, screen sharing, etc.
