Starting Again

It's about a month 'til Pax East, and I want my abs back, dammit! But I have a hard time making myself do anything. SO I found this 30 day challenge that takes 2-9 minutes per day. I figure if I can't spare 10 minutes for something I want, I think I need to reevaluate life. Here's the workout:
