How zerg can deal with the protoss deathball now.  Since you'll have less locusts per minute and the duration doesn't really matter as much as the spawn time I think.  Also, 4 supply per is a huge nerf as well.  Normally you have like 10-15 swarmhost end game... now that's reduced to 7-12ish. 

In the end, I think the killer will be the spawn rate increase from 25 to 60 seconds.   Flying locusts is nice, but you need that constant pressure in end game PvZ to starve Protoss.  I'm sure Protoss will be happy to an extent.
