I LOVE this idea!

Hiya! I LOVE this idea! I swim about three times a week, but I've just started running! My aim is to be able to run an half marathon next year! I can just about run an mile in ten minutes before collapsing so I have a while to go (any running advise would be very much appreciated) Haha! :3

But I love fitness, mostly I love my gym cloths, it makes me so happy! My other aim is to lose weight I would love to be able to wear a bikini with complete confidence! Much loves Lydia X
