Staying in Shape

Wanna do something that will help everyone in the community...

I think staying in shape is important so just wanna say, work out and eat healthy... here's some pointers

Look into crossfit... for those with not a lot of time or experience working out... bout 15 min. workouts w/ good results

Look into the paleo diet it's really good for you

cut back on bread and sugar

enjoy life
