A really gorgeous metroidvania/action-platformer. I have only played a few hours of this game but I can tell that its right up Sean's alley.
Is a short problem solving game that has beautiful hand made elements, a beautiful sound track, and interesting puzzles. I think you would really enjoy it.

Weird little indie deck builder/city planner, with great art and full voice acting. Hasn't seen enough attention. Has a short campaign with a ridiculous difficulty curve, and a score attack type arcade thingy.
I'm unsure it's already been suggested, but Creeper World 3 is one of the most amazing indie games I've ever played. It's full of strategy & science fiction, quite inline with other games played here ;D
