Or did you paste plaintext and then try to add formatting? Here's a short guide: http://day9.tv/d/jbigg2012/a-friendly-guide-for-forum-formatting-and-content/What browser are you using?
  • Formatting? in reply to The 5 Obssessions - A mechanism for learning by Final

It appears you copy/pasted this from somewhere with inferior formatting capabilities. The editor here allows you to make the post really pretty, and I'd hate for readers to get turned away by not-quite-as-pretty formatting. :)

When do you usually stream? Have any youtube vods you can embed? (Just paste the youtube url to embed) Care to go into depth of how it is setup? It doesn't seem straightforward exactly how the controls would map.

Ya, the reason I pointed it out is because not only does it have cool filters, but it provides full information about the objects, whereas RSS only provides a summary and title.

  • Siege tanks are worthless against toss in reply to It's all true but... by bluedrop

Finally watched it since people seem to be getting super confused. Late game gas should be spent on ghosts, medivacs, and vikings. Tanks are useless against toss for the most part, especially in late game.

  • Storm damage considerations in reply to thanks guys :D by joel.westerlund.756

Yup, storm does significantly more damage to marines because of their size (assuming normal marine distribution). However, more important than damage, is how many 'hits' (or storms, or storms + hits) they take to die. Since they have less health ...

But that's not a useful thing to talk about, so why do it just to be 'right'? Also, please read posts before you reply to them, as it is common courtesy on forums. It looks like my math is actually ...
  • Maybe it's real APM now in reply to APM by Peregrinus

Before APM was lower than reality because it was measured in 'Starcraft time'. Maybe they finally fixed that.
  • Path finding in Starcraft 1

This is a really cool article talking about how Starcraft 1 pathfinding ended up working how it did. Includes some cool history about why harvesters can pass through units.
