Description
I will follow my meal plan every day for 30 days and exercise a certain number of times/hours per week. Ideally, “exercise” will consist mostly of weight-training, but if allowances are made to include cardio (i.e. running), then that’s also acceptable. Exercise days will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with the possible inclusion of Saturday. (That said, if I want to work out or go for a run on one of my days off, that’s a good thing and definitely allowed!)
Recent Updates
First week - not a great start, but a start nonetheless! Some shaky days and compromises made along the way so far, but I’m looking to continue keeping as true to my goals as I can going into week two. At least it’s more than I was doing before I started!

Follow meal plan every day. Exercise minimum of three days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for at least 30 minutes.

Follow meal plan every day. Exercise minimum of three days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for at least 30 minutes.
Week 3 Goal
Follow meal plan every day. Exercise minimum of four days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday for at least 30 minutes.
Week 4 Goal
Follow meal plan every day. Exercise minimum of four days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday for at least 30 minutes.
