Description
I want to get back in the habit of exercising. My goal is to get at least 30 minutes of exercise four or more days every week.

Marking complete.
Wrapping things up, week 4.
Got up to three days in the past week and a couple more this week so far.
In review:
Getting to consistently over 20mins of activity so I’m closing in on the 30min target.
I managed 14 days over the month which is a bit shy of the 16+ I was aiming for but close enough to feel good, might be easier to track by going for half the days in a month.
Definitely a bit stronger at the end of the month but definitely a long ways to go.
That’s about it, will keep on keeping on.
End of week 3. Much slower week, trouble gathering motivation this past week. Only one good day of exercise on Wed and a shortened one yesterday. Going to try to gather myself to get through this week cleanly.
End of week 2.
Went skiing on Sat. as planned, fast conditions on the lake so pretty easy couple miles.
Been keeping up with ring fit and worked out four weekdays so yay. Also up from an average of 15min to about 20min. A bit more to go but in the right direction.
End of week 1.
Went skiing once on the weekend for a couple miles with great weather. Going to be heading out again tomorrow evening for a fun ski in the evening.
Tried out the switch ring fit game and I think it will do well for me. There’s enough going on to keep me engaged with light game aspects while remaining focused on the fitness elements. Played that on three different days for 12-20min, so not the full 30min but did what I could and I’ll work my way up to it.
I’d like to get one more day of skiing worked into the coming week but otherwise will keep doing what I’m doing.

Week 1 Goal
The weather for the week looks good so I’m going to head out cross country skiing for at least two days. I’m also looking into Ring Fit Adventure as an easy interactive way to move around without much setup/preparation which is much of the current mental barrier.
Week 2 Goal
Going to evaluate how week 1 went and make any adjustments at this point in time. Otherwise, keep on moving.
