Creating a daily framework

Description
Trying to create a daily framework that pertains to a work day. Going back to school has allowed me to fallback into really bad habits.
Estimated Timeframe
Jan 28th - Feb 27th
Week 1 Goal
Go to bed so that I spend atleast 8 hours in bed and try to sleep. Get out of bed at 7, eat, shower and go for a walk (or go to class). Spend 9 hours in school, dont worry about doing anything specific just spend time on the different subjects that I am currently in. Get home and work out on Monday, Wednsday and Friday. Weekends are freetime, but the sleeping and waking up is strict!
Week 2 Goal
Continue the framework from week 1.
Week 3 Goal
Continue the framework from week 1 and 2. Try to add an hour of code a night after eating dinner.
Week 4 Goal
Continue framework from week 3.
