Description
Work a desk job, walk the dog, play video games. Been the gist of life for close to a decade now. Time to get into a shape again, so going to work my way up to a regular 3 day a week proper exercise routine.
Recent Updates
This’ll be a tough one. Thankfully spring is here and the weather appears to be cooperating so things like dashing through the snow don’t need to happen. Used to run/play frisbee/swim for many years but after school was done fell out of it since I didn’t do it for the competitions and don’t really care about times. I just liked the people and haven’t found a group that fits again. Just need to get myself into a better shape on the off chance this new area (moved for work recently) has a group I like and just in general cause like it’s ‘healthy’ or something.

Week 1 Goal
Aiming for two workouts this week. I am going to use the Switch’s Ring Fit for one session a week (minimum) for at least 20 minutes, the other workout for right now is going to be body weight exercises on a ramping repetition schedule.
Week 2 Goal
Also two sessions this week. 25 minutes ring fit, next progression of body weight. Check in with body to see what’s breaking.
Week 3 Goal
3 sessions (pending) this week, 25 min ring fit, next step body weight, minimum 20 min jog (not walk) with dog.
Week 4 Goal
3 sessions, 30 min ring fit, next step body weight, 20-30 min jog with dog.
