Description
So, my current sleep schedule, is 3am-11am. I’m trying to push that to 23:30-08:00. My struggle is that I currently have no obligations, lacking my daily activities of shopping for lunch, watching the news while eating some breakfast etc. And I’m going to try to get those back. Part two of the project is to shower every two days, and brush my teeth every evening.
Recent Updates
So, not sleeping on time as intended, but at least I’m sleeping well which was technically the most important part of this… Other than that, I’ve really been scaling back on snacks and other things - mostly out of necessity - so that’s been good.
I do genuinely forget to shower and take my meds now though… Gonna go see if I can figure out some kind of structure or series of actions for my morning to make sure that does not happen anymore/as much.
Good on the showering. Terribly on dental hygiene. Terrible on sleep hygiene.
Yeah, this one ain’t pretty.
Yesterday was probably the first day I went to bed fully on time, and today is the first morning I was up fully on time as well!
Still struggling massively with dental hygiene and showering regularly. No idea why.
Another revision: Screw my sleep schedule. I can’t fix it, and care about my hygiene and work on the other project. I’ve tried, and frankly, it just causes me way too much stress atm. I like being up at night. It’s cold outside, its quiet, I don’t struggle with how bright the sun is during the morning…
Alright, so … I will have to be some big changes to this project.
A few days ago myself and the entire family was tested positive for Covid-19. As a result, we’re now essentially confined to our home for 14 days, as well as being an energy drainer. I’m going to sleep when I feel tired, and just focus completely on getting over this stupid thing.
I’m still going to do the self-care routine, but I refuse to stress about sleep now.

Week 1 Goal
My first week is probably going to be the toughest, so I’m giving myself a little leniency: In bed at 23:30 Get up before 10am
Shower every two days, morning, daytime or night, whatever, just do it every two days. Brush my teeth at least 4 times this week. This has been a really tough one for me for years :/
Week 2 Goal
I’m hoping to get a little bit of routine by this point: In bed at 23:00 Get up at 09:00
Shower every two days, after breakfast Brush my teeth every day. Preferably at night, but when I think about it I have to do it.
Week 3 Goal
This is when I’m hoping to have my routine fully set: In bed 22:45 Get up at 08:00-08:30 - Room here is so I can wake up slowly when I have one of those days
Shower every two days after breakfast Brush my teeth every night
Week 4 Goal
Maintaining routine from Week 3: In bed 22:45 Get up at 08:00-08:30
