Description
For this DK30 i want to try to quit ciggarettes. I’ve never truly commited to quitting, but mabye having it be on display will motivate me enough to finally quit.

at last just around a month has passed since i tried quitting ciggarettes, and at the time of writing this, i have gone 18 days without a ciggarette. i am happy with myself for achieving this feat, and exceeding my own expectations for this project. the hardest part of quitting is past, but i will keep staying away until all cravings for smoking have faded. ive gotten a great start to quitting, and i intend to see it through. well, its been a solid ten days now, without a cigg. tbh only the first few days were agony, its alot more bearable now. now its more of a minor annoyance, which goes away if i have my mind on something else. by the time the project is technicaly over, i will have gone 16 days without a smoke. though its over i will obviously keep it going, and do my best not to give in.
a sudden shortage of cigarettes have prompted a cold turkey situation, i am suffering hellep. if it gets too bad ill give in and go to the store, but i am gonna make my best damn effort to stay away
Friday the 1st of may marks the start of the second week of my project.
going down to 5 ciggarettes a day has been quite alright and hasn’t been too challenging.
from today ill start having only 3 a day.
the number at x a day is the maximum amount of ciggies a day, failed to mention when i first wrote this out
Estimated Timeframe
Apr 24th - May 24th
Week 1 Goal
Reduce amount of ciggarettes smoked per day to a set number. 5 a day.
Week 2 Goal
further reduce the amount of ciggarettes. 3 a day.
Week 3 Goal
if successful in the reductions limit myself to 1 a day.
Week 4 Goal
depending on how it feels limit ciggarettes as much as i feel comfortable with, hopefully im able to go a day or two.
