Description
It has been years since I last focused on my body and I really need to do something for my health. Sitting all the time, eating bad and too much food. I can also feel how it affects my health. This has to stop now and I will try to get in a better shape.
Recent Updates
So I think I would classify this as a success. When I started out I was doing nothing. Now I kinda require my daily walk to function and it has been getting faster and then longer again to walk a similar amount of time.
Hope I can keep this up in the future and incorporate a bit of other training as well.
And I have lost around 2kg after peaking out so it is going into the right direction.
I increased my training a bit today and I am so out of shape it is baffling to myself. I just can’t allow myself to give up like all the other times.
At least my weight has platooned for now but still need to do more work. But its a small bit of progress!
Had a very bad week. Also weighed myself again and it went up so I am getting closer to panic mode. But I started going for walks again and now that the weather is nicer I plan to do that more and more.
Yesterday my right arm was hurting so I did not really do much. Today I had to carry lots of stuff around because my family were sorting stuff from a storage hut to different places. That was enough workout for a day and I am pretty beat.
Yesterday was an off day for me. Just was not feeling it. But today I calculated my current BMI which is on the lower end of obesity so I have to get this under control and will now force myself to do a round of exercises before going to bed.
Just a few more exercises today. Nothing major.
Motivation has been down the past few days. And I realized it has already been a week since my last update. I have been a bit more selective with my eating and went for another few walks as well as training with my dumbbells a bit. But need to pick up the pace soon.
Started some light exercise today. Don’t want to overdo it on the first day. And I tracked my eating and limited the amount and my sugar intake. My stomach is not happy but he will have to endure that.
So this project just got a lot more important to me. I stepped on the scale today and it showed me 98kg! That is way too much and I have to lose weight. I already know my problems. Little to no activity and eating way to much and to sugary stuff. Need to fix all of that.
I went for a walk today. Gonna start slow and build up from there.
