Description

Starting a new project to get my mom and pops workout for 30 days, and guide them to decent eating and sleeping habits. We will workout together (probably cardio/interval based with some weights), and I will monitor the progress of each one, and prepare a meal plan. before the 30 days, for 10 days I will be planning/researching meals and eating plans based on their preferences. Mum will be taking a flight for work partway, but will monitor by herself in that time. may or may not add anonymous progress pictures… Planning starts Oct 2nd Officially will start program Oct 12. end of 30 days is Nov 13th!
