Honestly, this is less creative than I would have liked the project to be but, being completely isolated form other people (save for roommates) because of covid has put in such a deep depression that I really just haven’t really been eating much at all. Over the past say 3 or 4 months, I would get in four meals out of the entire week and just be too down to get up and eat the other times so yea. I finally went grocery shopping today and just got a bunch of food items to cook with so that I won’t have an excuse to only order takeout all the time or fast food the entire time. I’m going to aim for eating at least 3 meals a day, 4 days a week and, if I can keep it up then I’ll raise the bar. Here’s to starting over and doing better.
