Description
I got a new bicycle mid August to replace my worn out one from college. I’ve been cycling every other day and it’s been great for my physical health and mood. I want to add upper body work again and have a plan: Suitcase and Farmer’s Carry. Going to keep raising the weight, starting with about 30 pounds per hand. I have invested in the special carry bars that require you to keep the weight stable about 2 feet away from hands on each side and also let you carry with a handle, instead of a dumbbell trying to roll out of your grip. They came in 10/25 and I am going to keep this up through the end date and beyond!
