Branding Project - YT / Twitch from Cross to Sourcerer

Description
I want to create a brand identity rather than just have a gamer handle. I will be developing graphics and animations to create my own brand as well as putting an emphasis on the quality of production with the aim of creating 1-2 videos per week. The channel will be about TTRPG as well as tech related equipment to be able to make your own videos and stream TTRPG (Overlay Design, Lighting, Mic, Voice Acting, Map Making).
Recent Updates
Starting into week 3: I have already made some strides into converting my name over in certain social circles. I have a new discord server ready. The hardest part for me will be a social media presence. I will have to put a significant amount of thought into what that content will look like.
I was able to create and finish a YouTube video that is focused on a players perspective of logging in to foundry for the first time. Due to the holidays I wasn’t able to do much towards the project, but I still feel on track. My storage solution has improved my video editing capability, and my workflow is steadily improving. I am partially through an outline already for a new video to start week 3. Week 2 Goals Complete.
Finished Lighting Video; Edited and Uploaded - Waiting for HD Version to finish processing before publishing. Lighting is now setup due to that video. Also acquired a storage solution for all these files. This solution can help to solve the file redundancy and protect my data. It can also setup a file sharing system so I can share project folders, or send the final renders to people. Week 1 Goals Complete.
First YouTube video designed, planned, shot, edited, and uploaded. Second Video is currently planned.
Twitch Channel Established Required Twitch Graphics are Complete Alerts, Scenes, Animated Intro, Break, End Screen. First Stream for Testing Done (only a local announcement within my current discord)

Week 1 Goal
Stream once or twice to get a feel for the flow of the stream and get used to using the new scenes. Establish a repeatable workflow for YouTube content while creating 2 videos. Project Folder Management, Establish a redundancy for file safety, easy to access project design for sharing project folders
Week 2 Goal
1-2 Streams 1-2 YouTube videos of decent quality building on lessons learned from the first couple videos Evaluate YouTube Video Building Plan, see if formula is working and make adjustments. Make sure descriptions are good quality and clear.
Week 3 Goal
1-2 Streams 1-2 YouTube Videos; Making Plans to formally announce the change to those that know me already at the end of the week. Changing Discord names, and making plans for Social Media presence.
Week 4 Goal
1-2 Streams 1-2 YouTube Videos; Hopefully now with 4-8 Videos on the YT Channel Finish Establishing all Social Media accounts and at least get a plan for content on these platforms if not make 1 post on each. Expectations are about 10 followers on Twitch / YouTube, 0 Followers on Social Media
