Description

I already walk the dog every day which keeps me in ok shape but i’d like to build up my upper body a bit. Going to try and do a 30 minute high intensity workout Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Week 2: Managed to do a 30 minute high intensity workout Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Dumbbells didn’t work out so well so ended up fixing the strap on my weighted gloves and went back to using those.

Week 1: Managed to do a 30 minute high intensity workout Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The strap on one of my weighted gloves snapped on Friday so from now on I’m going to be using dumbbell weights instead.
