Eat No (Added) Sugar

Description
Eat no added sugar or sugar alternatives for 30 days and reduce the amount of sugar from fruits. The ultimate long-term goal is to promote eating specifically more vegetables, eat far less sugar, and control the schedule and volume at which it is consumed. (Tentatively set at once every two weeks, or 25g total every two weeks after project completion)

Mar 19th - Apr 20th
Week 1 Goal
Get through the initial wave of cravings starting this causes. (This week will require the most effort)
Week 2 Goal
Set myself up for success by having meals planned and snacks (with no added sugar of course) scheduled.
Week 3 Goal
Have a post-project sugar schedule in place for after week 4.
Week 4 Goal
Enjoy a small amount of something sweet at the end so as to not make myself feel utterly sick.
