Description

I’ve started to notice changes in my body now that I no longer commute to work and it upsets me as I watched WWE as a kid and that’s what I think men should look like. I want to gain some body positivity by trying to better myself physically.

Week 1 Goal

I want to have gotten over the hump of going to the gym at all.

Week 2 Goal

I want to have built up to 5x5/3 sets of 10 for my routine.

Week 3 Goal

I want to be still going to the gym.
