Writing manuscript for a research paper

Description

I want to finish writing a manuscript as part of my PhD thesis. I have recorded and analyzed EEG data in an experimental task investigating selective attention. Especially during the pandemic, my writing productivity tanked. I want to fix that, urgently!

Oct 5th - Nov 2nd

Week 1 Goal

Finish the Method section (explain time-frequency analysis) and write the Results section (behavioral, SSVEP, fronto-medial theta power)

Week 2 Goal

Start with the Introduction:

opening
describe the problem
literature review

Week 3 Goal

Finish the Introduction (and begin with Discussion section):

central research question
describe idea for empirical task
hypotheses
