Description

I’ve gained quite a bit of weight during the last 2 years, which comes as no surprise. Previously cycling to uni/work and uni lunches meant I didn’t need to pay a lot of attention, but home office has made movement optional and delivery services are just so gosh darn convenient. Over this DK30, I want to work on my habits: Do some sort of movement/workout every day, cut down deliveries to 1/week max.
