Remodel the kitchen

Description
Was supposed to be done in late Summer, but then lumber prices skyrocketed and enthusiasm waned. Prices are coming back down and I need to get out of the hole and get it done. Kitchen with kitchen-Island and a few tower-structures is planned. I want to at least make progress.
Estimated Timeframe
Oct 19th - Nov 19th
Week 1 Goal
Since planning is already done:
- Procure the floor material and the tools i still need
- Get the first phase of removal done (some of the old appliances and cabinets)
- Redo the Walls (wallpaper and paint)
Week 2 Goal
- Do the Floor, rest of the walls (if not done)
- procure Sink and faucet, get that set up
- get started on the oven Tower
Week 3 Goal
- Procure the rest of the Lumber (prices should be back down by now), and other materials
- Build the Island (probably part 1)
Week 4 Goal
- Finish Island (if not finished)
- Dishwasher and cleaning appliances tower
- Dinner style service hatch in the Door between kitchen and dining room If i get all of that done, it will be my most productive month this year.
