Start Yoga!

Description
I’m 30, been stiff and all my life and I am starting to feel that on my body, especially after a strenuous workout. The goal is to incorporate yoga into my fitness routine and learning what yoga styles that I like best. I am pretty good at having a good mix of cardio and strength in my exercise life, but this stiff aging body needs to stretch more. I will be attempting to do 20 yoga sessions during dk30.

ygoa 3 complete! in laws were in town so i coudnt get into the gym of the house. I really liked standing yoga. lots of work on balance which i used to be reallly good at in gymnastics so its fun getting back into that. https://imgur.com/LnHrLm8
yoga session 2 complete! I had wrist pain today so i wanted something a little slower so i could adjust my poses and have a easier time getting names to poses. I discovered the magic of SLOW FLOW and i LOVE IT. It takes its time through all the moves and flows and it was wondeful for a nooby like me. There is a lot of poses in yoga and its rather difficult looking up at the tv the whole time while also attempting not to lose balance. So Im going to start tracking the poses i learn since that means i can focus on the movement more than mimicking the instructor.

- Moon Pose
- Downward Dog.
Gota start day 1 with a banger ;). Did a core yoga flow just now and i feel like it was more of an arm workout than anything. It was a lot of fun and rather difficult, but i can feel the stretch already :). 19 more to go! !https://imgur.com/7Zxc9KT

Do 5 classes and evaluate if i like them and if they meet my needs
Week 2 Goal
Do 5 classes and evaluate if i like them and if they meet my needs
Week 3 Goal
Do 3 regular yoga classes and try to do 2 advanced/moderate ones
Week 4 Goal
try to finish off at 20 yoga classes. play catchup as well. try to make the last 3 advanced classes.
