Day Two-10/20/21

My co-host and I recorded our first hour-ish worth of content at the studio today. We both loved how it flowed and how easy it was to get through without feeling like it was dragging on. I was loving it the entire time and woulnd't ask for it to have turned out any differently. Next step is getting some editing software, subscribing to a podcast hosting site (currently going with simple cast) and ready ourselves for the next pair of episodes! 

Podcast/Stream-10/19/21

Today I am working on creating an RSS feed, meaning I have to find a podcast host and subscribe to them. They will then take my audio files and shoot them to places you can find podcasts. I have to do some brainstorming on episode two. Currently Ep1 is ready to go, and being that it is our first time recording something in the 20-30min time frame I am not sure if I have too much content or too little. Though that is the beauty of learning. Either way, I need to make sure Ep2 is ready to be 25minutes.

How to be The Nuts-10/19/21

I have this internal dialog of whoever I spend a lot of time listening to, recently it is Sean. Obviously if you are reading this you know how helpful his content is, how intelligent he (appears) to be and also how damn funny the man is. So, as of late whenever I am stressing I hear Sean ask me “Okay…how do we be The Nuts”. Which to someone who has no idea who or what Day9 is then it sounds silly…but it has helped me a lot these last couple of weeks. So, I labeled the project How to be The Nuts because of my inner dialog. Though really The Nuts has many many names…for example the United States Marine Corps have “Eminently Qualified”. Eminently Qualified means you are top tier, unmatched, perfect in every level (which side note: it is impossible in the Marines to be Eminently Qualified, however it is what they all strive for). In this respect The Nuts is you at your best.
