Resume structured scheduling and return to Japanese/Exercise/Duo-Projects

Description
While it might seem like this is several projects in one, it’s not really that complicated or hard. I’m simply focusing on returning to a good structured schedule. Japanese and exercise are at set times so I simply need to do them. The duo-projects will be the major schedule blocks so I will need to make sure I work around what life throws at me without losing form or being too rigid.
(Note: This project has a high chance of suddenly changing this DK30. It won’t be a failure should this happen but it may stop without warning and I’m noting it now so I don’t feel compelled to completely restructure it should this specific possibility occur.)

Week 1 Goal
Exercise/move around throughout the day and exercise at 4:30 each day. Japanese immediately after dinner for 30 minutes. Duo-project blocks for 4 hours each as much as possible. Take regular breaks and block life tasks that come up together. Track how much this happens in first week.
Week 2 Goal
Exercise/move around throughout the day and exercise at 4:30 each day. Japanese immediately after dinner for 30 minutes. Duo-project blocks for 4 hours each as much as possible. Take regular breaks and block life tasks that come up together. Block out periods to even out such distractions if possible in week 2.
Week 3 Goal
Exercise/move around throughout the day and exercise at 4:30 each day. Japanese immediately after dinner for 30 minutes. Duo-project blocks for 4 hours each as much as possible. Take regular breaks and block life tasks that come up together. Assess and make additional adjustments if needed.
Week 4 Goal
