QUICK SUMMARY: I DID AWESOME AND ONLY MESSED UP ON MEALS

Day 10: Back/biceps at gym

I forgot to update it regularly but I am still on track with everything so far!

Day 2: Did legs at the gym. Didn’t quite crush it, I had to quit early due to nausea. I’ll just have to bring ginger ale with me to help combat it so I can actually get in a full leg workout. I did okay on food though! I had a protein bar for breakfast, a protein smoothie after the gym, and some chicken pasta for lunch!

Day 1: Did back/bicep at the gym, and then skated through the park for cardio! Didn’t do great on the meals but ehh oh well it’s just the first day

Go to gym 3 days out of this week, and do cardio one day. Eat 2 meals minimum per day.

Week 2 Goal

Go to gym 4 days out of this week, and do cardio one day. Eat 2 meals minimum per day.

Week 3 Goal

Go to gym 4 days out of this week, and do cardio for two days. Eat 3 meals minimum per day.

Week 4 Goal

Go to gym 4 days out of this week, and do cardio for two. Eat 3 meals minimum per day.
