I’m doing a work-life balance project. 9-5 doesn’t work for my regular work because I need lunch break which developers are not paid for. So I guess I need to start a 8:45-5:15 with a half hour lunch because 8-5 or 9-6 doesn’t leave much time together for things with family, and I feel like an hour lunch break makes me not want to work the rest of the day. I want to stream on twitch at least 3 times a week. I want to game and chat with friends at least 1-4 times a week. I want 9-5 saturdays to be family time. I want to get enough sleep. I normally wake up between 7-9am. So this variable is upsetting to me. It seems like sleep is cutting into my schedule too deep because I normally go to bed at 9pm. My baby is probably the cause for feeling so sleepy. Or maybe I just need less sleep and too much sleep makes you sleepy. In any case I think I will try sleep routine 9-7. Wake and family until 8:45. Work until 5:15. Family time until 7. Stream/game/friends until 9. Repeat. Saturdays 9-5 family, 5- alone time, 6- stream, 8 family, 9 sleep. 7-9 wake, family time, 10:30 stream, 1 family time and 9 sleep. Any input greatly appreciated. I also tend to schedule and not be able to fit the schedule or feel sad about it. Thanks and looking forward to meeting accountabilibuddies!

Week 1 Goal
8:45-5:15 consistent work schedule so I have consistent visible 1-1 5:15-7pm family time, with me time 7-9. If failing to only take 30 min lunch, will work on weekend vs taking pto.
Week 2 Goal
stream Just dance for fitness, try to not stream past 9 or past two hours at a time

consistent workout schedule
Week 4 Goal
consistent sleep schedule
