Over COVID lockdown, I got in the habit of ordering food and/or eating unhealthy (ie frozen pizzas / sandwiches instead of chicken salads). I want to get back into the habit of cooking chicken & salmon & other healthy recipes! I even want to learn 2 new recipes over the next 4 weeks!

Cook my known chicken/salmon recipes 4 nights a week (Monday / Tuesday / Thursday / Sunday)

Week 2 Goal

Introduce a new recipe to the mix!

Keep cookin’ 4 nights a week

Week 4 Goal

Add another recipe! Yeah!
