Over COVID lockdown, I got in the habit of ordering food and/or eating unhealthy (ie frozen pizzas / sandwiches instead of chicken salads). I want to get back into the habit of cooking chicken & salmon & other healthy recipes! I even want to learn 2 new recipes over the next 4 weeks!
