Description
Two meditations a day for mental health reasons.The first is the weekly ones by Russel brand, these are quite smol, around 10-15 minutes in length. Then I plan to do a 20-30 minute Zen or mantra based one so I can get more relaxed.
Recent Updates
I’ve incorporated the 20 mins per day into my daily schedule, helping me sort through stuffs, didn’t like doing the guided stuff though.
So I’d recommend just 20 mins a day, it’s great :)
Week 2 and 3 : Lost ark took it’s toll, managed 8x 20 min sessions, though so not too bad in spite of my addiction ^_^
Week 1 : Only did the luminary meditations twice this week. Did a minimum of 20 minutes though of the zen style every day though.
So good week overall ꒰ ˶• ༝ - ˶꒱

Week 1 Goal
Daily goal : Start off by doing this weeks guided mediation after I eat breakfast. Daily goal : End the day by Zen/Mantra meditating for 20-30 mins. Weeks 2-4 the same.

Become a Zen master and ascend above the noise, jk, but it’s a start if I make it this far
