Begin day with 15 squats/lunges/calf raises. Go to gym 3 days out of this week, and do cardio one day. Eat 2 meals minimum per day.
Week 2 Goal
Begin day with 20 squats/lunges/calf raises. Go to gym 3 days out of this week, and do cardio one day. Eat 2 meals minimum per day.
Week 3 Goal
Begin day with 25 squats/lunges/calf raises. Go to gym 3 days out of this week, and do cardio one day. Eat 2 meals minimum per day.
Week 4 Goal
Begin day with 30 squats/lunges/calf raises. Go to gym 3 days out of this week, and do cardio one day. Eat 2 meals minimum per day.
