Description

Evaluate intermittent fasting as a useful tool for my personal weight management goals. I’ve been trying to start using this for a while, but I haven’t been able to lock in the commitment necessary to stick with it. By posting this publicly I’m leveraging the project into increasing accountability. I do not have a set goal for losing weight, as I’m sticking with metrics I have more actual control over. By the end of the project I will hopefully know if it is going to help me to lose weight, and how much of a drain the strategy has on my will power, which will help me to determine if I will continue it going forward.
