Description
With two kids and two companies, I put less time into self care than I would like. The overall goal is to set aside time every week to review my self care that week and reflect on what I can do the following week.
Recent Updates
This has been one of my least effective DK30s, but it was still helpful overall. While I didn’t manage to set up a dedicated weekly time for reflection, I did spontaneously make time for it a few times each week. I got a few minor wins out of that time, which I’ll take!
