I’m developing an app for teachers, where they can use AI to rapidly create classroom materials. I’m struggling with some tough backend and deployment stuff.

Just some footage to show the current state of the quiz generator. Soon to follow: additional functionality to create all kinds of learning activities for in the classroom.

Oh yeah! Was bouncing off of a problem with frontend deployment. This morning I felt inspired by the DK30, and with just two hours of real focus managed to solve this icky problem.

So happy right now :D:D:D:D

Estimated Timeframe

Nov 14th - Dec 14th

Week 1 Goal

Set up frontend hosting and backend hosting with both staging and production environments. Set up scheduling jobs. Bonus: add graceful error handling to the frontend

Week 2 Goal

Set up new databases for both staging and production environment. Adapt code to the new database structure. Start working on additional user functionality. Bonus: add tRPC to workflow

Week 3 Goal

Refactor chat code and connect them to call log system. Finish basic user functionality.

Week 4 Goal

Test systems, finetune UX/UI, work on additional features.
