One poem a day

Description
English is not my first language. I haven’t written any poetry in around 3 years. This project is meant to challenge both of those facts. Yet, the terms are simple. Every day, I have to write a poem. There are no constrictions aside time - 1 hour of conscious effort into each poem; and language - only English. Also a small technicality. I work a lot of nightshifts, so ‘day’ is relatively vague, I simply mean a days as each span of time I’m awake, which may be a night between two days.
Recent Updates
Nr.1 - Demon
Honestly this is a kind of the starting point. I didn’t place any restrictions on myself and just sort of went with the first idea on my mind. I’d like to revisit the same idea for the last day of the project. Not expecting to be super improved, but maybe to gain a little perspective on what works in English and what doesn’t.
Sidenote: I will take any reccommendation for relatively contemporary English poetry (not instapoetry, gimme some real shit, gimme someones shopping list with a few insults in the middle)
Each poem will get an update explaining a little of my process and this update contains a link to a google doc containing a list of all the poems.
