Description

TLDR: My friend is getting married in June and I need to lose weight. My best friend is getting married in June and most of the attendants are people who I have not seen in 5 plus years… The last time I saw them I was 195 lbs of solid muscle. I am now about 220 and haven’t seen a gym since then. I want to take this opportunity to get back into shape and return to below 200 lbs of mostly muscle. I’ll be posting my weight and possibly some notes like diet that I’ve done each day.

Ok, I will not be posting everyday lol. I’m just too forgetful. I have worked out everyday though, my weight today is 218.

I forgot to post yesterday :P weight 221 still, 45 minute ride on a stationary bike

Weight: 221 lbs My gym membership (Which is through my job) was having issues and I wasn’t able to go to the gym today. I should be able to go tomorrow. Today I walked 10000 steps instead.

Fun Fact, I’m starting this after a 6 day trip to Vegas. I’ve walked 10000 steps at least each day and been eating whatever I want while on the trip. My cardio should be good due to the walking but I may have gained weight from bad eating habits. We’ll find out when I weigh myself day 1.

Week 1 Goal

These will be general goals rather than weekly since its 3 months long :P

Week 2 Goal

Either 1 hour workout or 10000 steps each day

Week 3 Goal

Diet includes: Less sugar and bread. No eating after 6 pm except special occasions (Dinner with fam or friends). My dinner is made by someone else, so I may get less sugar and bread items when making my plate, but for the most part I’ll be eating whatever is prepared. Lunch will strictly be healthier or less calorie foods. No greasy fast food or healthy options at fast food places if I must. There is mexican restaurant that I am addicted to so my cheat days will be Fridays where I will get the nachos https://cdn.localdatacdn.com/ca/atascadero/3482652/original/RGmMbzBnBn.jpg … Yes they are too good to live without. I generally don’t eat breakfast. But if I start to crave it, I’ll be doing shakes of some sort, maybe toast and eggs.
