I'm Asthmatic November! Getting back to a healthy routine after getting my meds

Not shocking to my ancestors, I am back to my asthmatic self when the temperature drops. As I adjust to my medication and ramp up my workouts, i’m hoping to get back to where i was last October/November by the end of November. I will be going into a Colonoscopy late this month, so as long as nothing goes wrong/I don’t have cancer, I should be able to bounce back the way Big Sean always do and be back to my regular in December. My goal this month is to simply, consistently working out, even if it’s 10-20 min of chores like vacuuming for the day, for 5 days out of the 7 days a week, and err on in eating healthy rather than eating more. I need to do what I need to keep myself sane and also for networking obligations on the alcohol front, so I wlil keep that in check but let myself slide for another month, as I know for a fact next month is when I should really lock in and lock down on the limits on the alcohol intake with all the xmas holiday stuff. Still, looking forward to making sure that I am back to my full self before my colonoscopy and doing my best to ensure that i am ready to bounce back fully before

Closing this as I am doing well! Mostly I take my asthma meds at home where the cat is adding more irritants in the air (dust, dander, and cat hair). I am now as of 6 months later, back on regular workouts, and graduated PT a second time.

Also I have finally set up robo-vacuuming for both floors of home and now vacuuming takes a lot less time and i can do it more often if I need to. This has been great and frees up more time for me as well.

Week 1 Goal

Asthma and health: Take my meds as I should, pick up meds as necessary, and call doc if i need if asthma escalates and ask for more support. Eat healthy per usual but also if I need to sustain myself for social and work engagement, feel free to do so and I’ll work them off when I exercise.

Exercise and Fitness: 5/7 days each week of physical activity, minimum 30 min of activity.

Week 2 Goal
