first order of business: sorry mom, I’m not having more than 1 bowl of your very delicious thousand egg porridge, potentially more than 400 calories in that bowl. That’s the tit for tat you get for telling me i can’t have a 4 calorie spindrift treat with my porridge today.

Ensure I focus on greens and protein intake instead of anything that is less healthy. Carbs, etc. are treats. Build working out into my schedule. Attend Wed and Saturday paddling practice. Refuse treats 3x.
Week 2 Goal
Ensure I focus on greens and protein intake instead of anything that is less healthy. Carbs, etc. are treats. Build working out into my schedule. Attend Mon, Wed paddling practice, local paddling race Sat-Sun. Refuse treats 3x.
Week 3 Goal
Ensure I focus on greens and protein intake instead of anything that is less healthy. Carbs, etc. are treats. Build working out into my schedule. Attend Mon, Wed paddling practice, local paddling race Sat-Sun. Refuse treats 3x.
